Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products (such as zines or audio files)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable or custom-made goods

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, such as:
    • Items not in their original condition (not due to our error).
    • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at connect@soniqloox.com before sending anything back.
  • Print-on-demand items (fulfilled by Printful) may need to be processed through their replacement system.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at connect@soniqloox.com. We’ll provide the correct return address (Printful items must not be shipped back to us directly).

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or misprinted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.


Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
